I almost immediately shipped her with Braden, I saw right away that those two were perfect for each other! You are a girl. I liked the characters, the story, the awesome sister-brothers relationship and, of course, those “on the fence” talks. It was just a simple story about a girl and a guy who didn’t know they were already falling in love. Let me start with the MC. On the Fence was funny and cute as well as very moving. She loves sports, has only guy friends, dresses athleticaly and doesn’t wear make up. And the electricity that you felt springing from her chest when he would talk a little too close or touch her had me squeeling!

I kind of liked Braden, it’s hard to explain because sometimes I’d like him and then others when he’d act up and not be very nice, I’d be like why are you doing this?! D He’s so adorable! But don’t think this book isn’t hilarious too, it is!
I love the flow and transitions of the events in the story via the use of simple and heartfelt writing you can easily go along with.

I fell for Braden so much, I absolutely adored him. This was a satisfying book and a great contemporary read for summer! Charlie was a tomboy with a ton of brothers. It was entertaining and the banter between Charlie and kaske brothers and Charlie and Braden just added so much to the book. She wet that her brothers would only make fun of her.
