We’re looking for competitive, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The position will be dealing with decision makers in blockchain technology companies. The role of the Business Development manager is to set up opportunities for Cryptonomos into companies that on their way to run an ICO or crowd token sales. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Business Developer Duties:
- Research and Identify business deals by contacting potential clients;
- Build a large funnel of referrers to ensure a constant stream of revenue;
- Screen business deals by analyzing potential client’s white paper, token concept and running findings against the deal requirements;
- Close new business deals;
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading blockchain publications, developing personal networks;
- Travel to tradeshows and conferences, connecting with new and current customers. Other responsibilities would include booth set-up, conference prep, and tear-down;
- Create customized proposals;
- Effectively convey benefits of the Cryptonomos platform;
Desired Skills and Experience:
-2+ years of successful experience in technology solution sales, SaaS;
-A passion for blockchain technology;
-Track record of over-achieving quota;
-Clear email communication skills. -Strong phone presence; -Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools; -Experience working with CRM; -Excellent verbal and written communications skills; -Strong listening and presentation skills; -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
-Knowledge of the ICO process is a plus;
-Experience in blockchain technology is a big plus;
-BA/BS degree or equivalent.
